For nearly three decades, Jason Bradley has photographed California’s Pacific coast, documenting the wildlife, landscapes, and changing environments that define life along the shoreline.
From Monterey Bay’s nutrient-rich waters to coastal cliffs, kelp forests, shifting beaches, and quiet tidal textures, his work explores both the dramatic and subtle rhythms of the coast.
Working above and beneath the surface, Bradley has photographed breaching humpback whales, sea lions, coastal storms, underwater environments, and the ever-changing interaction between ocean, land, light, and life.
About the Artist
Jason Bradley is a California-based photographer, educator, publisher, and founder of Bradley Print & Photo and Wild Eye Magazine. His work spans wildlife photography, underwater imagery, expedition leadership, fine art printing, and visual storytelling.
Known for his deep connection to the natural world and decades spent in the field, Bradley’s photographs reflect long-term observation, patience, and immersion in the places he documents.
A Living Coastline in Motion
Along The Pacific Edge brings these experiences together through images gathered over nearly 30 years along California’s coastline.
Together, they form a portrait of a coast shaped by weather, movement, wildlife encounters, and the constant interaction between ocean and land.
These photographs invite viewers to slow down, observe closely, and experience California’s living coastline through the eyes of someone who has spent decades documenting it.
